Secure client portal
Rather than exchanging sensitive documents over email, we use a secure client portal (SmartVault) to share and store your files. The portal uses encryption in transit and at rest and is accessible only to you and your bookkeeping team. Existing clients can log in here.
Access controls
- Access to your information is limited to those who need it to serve you.
- Accounts are protected by individual logins and strong password requirements.
- We review access regularly and remove it promptly when it is no longer needed.
Your role in security
Security is a partnership. We encourage you to use strong, unique passwords, keep your devices up to date, and share documents through the secure portal rather than email whenever possible.
