Bee's Bookkeeping is committed to making this website usable for everyone, including people with disabilities. We work to design and build the site so that as many people as possible can read, navigate, and interact with it - whether they use a screen reader, keyboard navigation, voice control, or simply want larger text.
Standards we follow
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at the AA level, the widely-recognized standard for accessible web design. This includes considerations for visual contrast, keyboard navigation, screen reader compatibility, alternative text on images, and predictable page structure.
What we've built in
- Semantic page structure with clear headings and landmark regions.
- Color contrast that meets WCAG AA against both light and dark backgrounds.
- Keyboard-navigable menus, links, and form fields.
- Descriptive alternative text on meaningful images.
- Visible focus indicators on interactive elements.
- Respect for reduced-motion preferences - animations are skipped if your system requests it.
- A responsive layout that works at small screen sizes and supports browser zoom.
Known limitations
We're working continuously to improve accessibility. If you encounter any part of the site that's hard to use, we'd genuinely like to hear about it. Embedded third-party content (such as the Google Maps embed on our Contact page or the SmartVault client portal) may have accessibility behaviors we don't control.
Help us improve
If you have trouble accessing any part of this site, please let us know - we'll do our best to fix it and provide the information you need by another channel in the meantime.

When you reach out, it helps us if you can share what page you were on, what you were trying to do, what device and assistive technology you were using, and what got in the way. We'll respond within one business day.
